Three Ocala hotels owned by the Steinbrenner family were sold recently to a Canadian-based company for more than $30.7 million. Sold were the Courtyard by Marriott at 3712 SW 38th Ave. for $12,328,000; the Residence Inn at 3610 SW 38th Ave. for $11,463,000; and the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 4101 SW 38th Ct. for $7,024,000, according to deeds filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
